Our Engagement Model
Training projects are custom and complex—often involving multiple stakeholders, competing demands, and tight deadlines. Therefore, an effective process is critical for a successful outcome. Here’s Viva Interactive’s high-level, simple yet effective process, to deliver quality training materials.
Discovery
The project scope and objectives are established. This includes a review of the audience and the problems that will be solved.
Design
We evaluate existing content, required interactions and animations, media element, and then create a storyboard document for the training material.
Development
We assemble a development team and the deliverable is authored; media is created and assembled, including graphics, audio video animations, etc. The process of testing, editing and modifying is done.
Deployment
We work with you to deploy your training deliverable to your Learning Management System (LMS) or your hosting location.
